"Alex T. arrived as scheduled.  The service was more than I expeceted.  Alex came in to my home and put on "booties" as not to track dirt in with him.  I took him to my furnace first.  As he did his checks, he educated me on what to look for to ensure that I get the most life out of my funace.  He taught me what to look for in "shady" HVAC inspections.  He showed me the difference between justified repairs and preventive maintenance that I can take care of myself.  Next, we went outside to my AC unit (no heat pump on my home).  Once again he inspected and taught me everything I needed to know to maintain that system like how to read the label, how much refrigerant should be in the system, etc, etc, etc....

When it was all said and done, Alex gave two recommendations:

    1.  Receive a "pan treatment" in my furnace drain pan prevent mold mildew in case the primary drain backs up.  I won't take advantage of this service.

    2.  Add more refrigerant to my AC unit because is a tad low.  I may take advantage of this service.

I am elated with my overall experience.  The only "B" given was for his initial greeting..., "What's up, dude (or man). This is a major pet-peeve of mine. I want to be called, "Sir" by people that do not know me. That can change as a relationship between us is developed.  Alex was a total professional other than this and I'd be more than welcoming to have him return to provide more services to my home.
