"Team Enoch sent Jacob and Merick the next day to replace my old water heater with a 50 gallon Rheem water heater. They were very kind, respectful, and professional from the moment they arrived until exit. They communicated with me throughout to educate me on the process and future maintenance. I had a wonderful experience with Team Enoch from the initial call, financing this unexpected expense at an affordable cost, and the final install with excellent warranty coverages. Thank you all for making this a positive experience for me."

"Awesome! This is the second time I've called BCP. James checked my water heater for a possible leak and checked the igniter switch. He called the mfg to discuss the switch and to handle any warranty coverage. We learned that what we thought could be a problem wasn't a problem after all. Thank you so much James and Adam for going the extra mile. You're my permanent plumbing resource!"

"I called inquiring about problem with water taking 5 minutes to become hot in Master bath but other areas in house were normal. Mario said a water heater pump might solve the problem. I agreed to try and Mario came out at the appointed time, installed and explained operation of the pump and it worked like a charm. I was very happy with their knowledge, efficiency and service. Have used them on a couple of other occasions with same satisfying results."

"

Our garage had water all over the floor.  We had no idea if a pipe had broken in a wall or if there was a slab leak.  My call was promptly answered and even though it was two days before Thanksgiving, they were able to send a technician out that day.  He discovered the clogged softener drain pipe and cleaned it out.  All is working perfectly.  I must add that the tech got stuck in traffic in Austin, but, I was called and told that he would be later than expected.  He arrived at 7p.m.cheerful and happy to help us.  I was very impressed with his dedication.

"Service person was professional and friendly. Water heater was flushed to remove sediment."

"Responsiveness was good. The work was good. I gave four stars instead of five stars for the following reason. After the replacing the pipe to my house, the water was turned on for us while we waited for the city inspection. Which was nice. However, as I was leaving for work the next morning, a water geyser was shooting up from the work area. I grabbed a wrench, used a screw driver to remove the water meter cover, and searched for the shut-off valve with water up to my elbows and shoes and pants getting soaked. I got the valve shut off. The water kept coming. That didn't make sense to me until the geyser stopped all of a sudden. It was coming from the neighbors sprinkler head, which was missing, which was right in the tug-out trench. I asked the plumber later if they had knocked the sprinkler head off as they were digging the trench and he said no, that it was already missing a head as they had came across it. Well that would have been nice to know. I could have told the neighbor not to run their sprinkler. I could have gone to work with dry shoes. I will give Plumber Near Me Kudo's - they did put their own sprinkler head on the neighbors pipe, which was nice."

"Air conditioner went out on Sunday in August and replaced that day. Water heater was replaced same day I called for service. Work is always performed promptly and very tidy. Prices are very reasonable."

"They installed the new water heater quickly and efficiently."

"I REALLY CALLED FOR ANNUAL SERVICE. THE SYSTEM WAS PRETTY NEW. IT NEEDED A FREON CHARGE.
THEY WENT THROUGH SOME FAST TALKING AND GOT ME TO SIGN UP FOR SERVICE AND YOU HAD TO BUY PLAN 1, PLAN 2 OR PLAN 3. IT WAS EXPENSIVE. WE TOOK THE LEAST EXPENSIVE PLAN JUST TO GET THE JOB DONE AND THE SALES GUY OUT. THE WORK TOOK LESS THAN 30 MIN AND WE PAID ABOUT 500.00 AS I RECALL. THE THERMOSTAT IS MOUNTED CROOKED ON THE WALL, BUT I DID NOT WANT TO EVEN SEE THEM AGAIN, FOR FEAR THEY WOULD TRY AND TALK ME INTO SOME CRAZY RADIANT BARRIER THING.
