"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Mr. Jay Harper was our first contact with this company. Very professional and courteous. He examined all work to be completed and provided us a quote on service to include install and painting of siding. He included painting all of our fascia & soffit and also the replacement of a section of fascia that had dry rot. Daniel was the foreman on the crew for this project. He and his crew were outstanding. Everyone was professional, courteous and highly skilled. They did a fantastic job on installation and painting. We have had neighbors complement how our house looks now, and we will definitely recommend this company to others. We would do business with them again."

"Jennifer responded immediately to schedule an estimate. Michael provided a detailed quote and answered all of my questions. After selecting M&J Home Improvement of SA, Michael coordinated with me to schedule the repairs and provided all information I needed for my prior approval from my homeowner’s association. Michael and his crew was on time, prepped the entire interior and exterior, performed the work perfectly, and cleaned the work are every day. The work included repairing studs and header beam that had rotted. To complete, they needed to remove interior drywall, insulation, a large window, and replace the studs and beams. They then removed the damaged exterior stucco and replaced. The project took about 8 work days to complete and looks better than new. We also had ceiling and drywall damage in our garage following a summer monsoon that was also repaired at the same time. M & J did such an amazing job that we will be using them for a kitchen and master bath remodel as well as to repair exterior French doors that were improperly installed by the previous owners."

"The whole process was about a month from start to finish with a little more than 1 day being the actual roof install. I decided to go with Premier at the three week mark. I told Thaddaeus we were ready to sign the contract the morning after the four tornadoes hit. I didn't think I'd get my roof done any time soon because of the tornado damage elsewhere. Regardless, he sent the contract over, I signed, and we were scheduled in a week for a 1 day job. It ended up taking up a little more than one day due to a shortage in the estimate. He honored his original quote which is quite telling. On the day they were scheduled to start, they arrived WITH the materials so it wasn't delivered beforehand sitting around. The day after it was completed, Thaddaeus came by for the final walkthrough and payment. He used a drone to take the attached pictures. They caulked the exposed nail heads on the ridge shingles to prevent rust. We have yet to find nails on the ground, but there were 2 on the roof. No excess debris or waste has been found. Thaddaeus was more prompt than other roofers with texts and emails. Other roofers would either never call you back or never answer the phone. I would absolutely use Premier again and have already recommended them to others. This is the quality company, not the cheap company. They promised and delivered on all the little things that matter to an annoying customer like me."

Started job quickly and completed all work within several days. Hauled away all old materials and cleaned up the area where they were working. Very satisfied with the results. I would recommend this contractor and will use them again for future projects."

"Mr Nabors carefully removed the granite counter top and then adjusted the kitchen cabinet.  After the cabinet had been readjusted Mr Nabors reinstalled the granite counter top.  He then adjusted all drawers in the cabinet so that they closed perfectly.  All work was done with the utmost care to insure no damage to either the counter top or the cabinet.  Mr Nabors explained all the work that was being done and insured that I was satisfied with the results.  The work area was cleaned and all debris was removed.  He provides excellent service, detailed work and is a professional in every respect.  I highly recommend Mr Nabors.

We hired Dennis to repair a large deck and he was the first contractor that did not upsell and gave us a bid for exactly what we wanted and needed.
