"Michael Brooks and his associate came on time for a schedule basement inspection. They were very thorough and explained their findings and advice. They also explained financing options. We decided on the AquaStop Basement Triple Sump Pump fitted to the existing drain tile. With a deposit on the day of inspection, we were also able to finance the remainder of the cost, which helps us get through tax time. "I am in the process of purchasing an older home. I was under the impression that this home had an original sewer line. I made the purchase, shortly after I was contacted by the city and they informed me that the sewer had been replaced. "Called around 11 AM and was scheduled for next morning. But got rescheduled for 1:30 same day I called, after a cancellation. So that was good because we couldn't use our sink. Plumber not only did a great job replacing what needed replacing, but explained what was being done and how to prevent drain problems in future. Very personable. "The companyâ s 24 hour service team responded very quickly and I was able to set up an appointment for that same afternoon.
