"Was a customer for several years and took advantage of the maintenance program they offered. I had a fair amount of work done and they were always prompt and efficient, though quite pricey. One minor issue with a repair was addressed without delay. When they were last out (2016), I was told the maintenance contracts were being revised. I requested that info be sent when available, but never received anything. I have since contacted them by leaving a phone message and have also sent two requests via their website. I have never received a response. While scheduling service was never an issue, this lack of contact is why I gave an 'D' on responsiveness."

"The drain in my basement overflowed for the second time in a couple weeks on a Friday afternoon. The person who had worked on it before had already come twice in two days because the first time he couldn't find a drain pipe that would make it easier to get the snake down. He suggested we might want to tear up the carpet in our family room to find it (like that was going to happen). He came back the second day and snaked through the drain in the laundry room. He did get through the blockage but must have only made a small hole through it because the water was backed up again in less than a week. Again, water and gunk are all over my laundry room. My emergency call was met with a promise that he would get to me sometime on Monday. Monday! Seriously, I couldn't wait three days without water, and I certainly couldn't let the gunk continue to cover my laundry room for the weekend. So, I called around to get someone who was available Friday afternoon. I called another local company, but they weren't able to come out and directed me to Associated Plumbing who had someone at my house within a couple hours. The man inspected the crawlspace that had been flooded during the previous week's catastrophe, and in just a couple minutes, he was able to find the elusive pipe and got down to work. After a few wacks, he decided the pipe was too old and he didn't want to put too much pressure on it and break the pipe, so through the drain he went. The guy was at my house for a good hour or so. He pulled out some gunk and a few roots, and I was back in business. The price was lower than the other guy, and the service and work were far superior. He even gave me a couple suggestions about the pipe and told me to call back if there was a problem. All in all, I am very satisfied and will call Associated Plumbing the next time I am in need of a plumber."

Chris V., the plumber, who was professional and knowledgeable, came to our house and within an hour he had diagnosed, and de-clogged the main drain, and re-set the toilet. He also left our house clean of the debris pulled from the drain. Thank-you!"

"4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
     Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review.

"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"I chose Dan's Plumbing because the business was close to my home, had good reviews, and supplied a $25.00 coupon.  I called Dan's Plumbing on Friday June 15, 2012.  Dan returned my call me on Father's Day, Sunday June 17.  I told him I thought my kitchen faucet needed to be replaced.  He advised me to purchase one before he arrived.  On June 21 Dan replaced my kitchen faucet, repaired my bathroom toilet, unclogged my bath tub and told me I needed to replace the tub divertor spout.  Dan purchased a new tub divertor spout for me and installed it the same day.  Dan is a Master Plumber i.e. knowledgeable in all phases of plumbing.  He loves to solve problems.  Since Dan is a courteous professional plumber with reasonable rates, I highly recommend him.
