"The cleaning guy came and started cleaning using his Wire chimney brush by hand. Initially I asked him how come he was not covering the fireplace opening to prevent the dusts from coming inside the room. He assured me that his vacuum and drop cloths would be enough. Later I found out that the reason he didn't feel the need to cover the fireplace opening was because, he wasn't using any power tools to remove creosote collected in the walls although I mentioned to him that my chimney was not cleaned professionally for last 6 years since we bought the house but we did use the fireplace every winter. His simple answer was he doesn't like to use power tools and other techs in his company uses them and that is how he cleans the chimneys. So, I told him I watched at least 8-10 YouTube videos before I called his company and the said I shouldn't argue with him just looking at the YouTube videos because we hired him and he is the professional. He was rude and didn't have any sense of customer service. I just felt that he saw this job as another $ amount instead of a job he needs to perform well. I need to get some repair work done on my chimney as well. I do not feel comfortable hiring them to perform the service as I feel they will try to find short cut route from my today's experience. Update: Six Penny called me later after they saw my initial review and asked me very unprofessionally and offensively why I wrote the review."

He inspected and measured our windows and then launched into the presentation. Reza is knowledgeable about the Window Nation offering as well as the products offered by his competitors. As mentioned, I did some research and had an idea of the features that we wanted and what we should pay. Reza presented the Window Nation Grand View line, which meets our feature requirements, and after a bit of back-and-forth negotiation we settled on a price that was within our range and fair to us both. After signing, Reza described the next steps and set expectations. Overall, the presentation took only about an hour and was relatively painless, with no high-pressure tactics. Several days later, Mike came by to inspect our windows and confirm measurements for the build specifications. This took only about a half-hour. Mike answered some questions about the installation process and said that the windows and door could take up to 6 weeks to build. Imagine our surprise when we received a call a week later to schedule our installation. On installation day, the three-man team arrived on time. They introduced themselves and the team lead, Ted, described the process and then they got right to work. They tarped the paths to all the windows to protect the floors. They were very careful and respectful of our house. The entire team was friendly and polite and experienced and highly skilled. You could tell that they’d done this a time or two. The outside trim work is fantastic and the inside finish work is great. All 17 windows and the sliding door were installed in a single day. Ted went over the operation of the windows and door. The windows and door look and function great. We couldn’t be happier. If you are considering a window or door replacement project, we strongly recommend that you engage Window Nation. "We met with Ryan and Pete who were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. They met with my husband and I discuss new windows for the main floor of our single family home. We have a toddler and newborn and Ryan helped keep our toddler occupied and was very understanding and patient as we had to multitask in taking care of our kids while also discussing the window project. We were impressed by their warm, genuine approach which is very different from a typical salesperson trying to get you to go with their product. You could tell they truly believed in the company, the goals and values, and the product/services they provide. Due to personal reasons we weren’t able to invest in the project right now but we will 100% be contacting Ryan in the future and using Peak for all our future window/roofing needs. "Unprofessional visit. Showed up unannounced and we only knew they were there because one person stood 10 feet from our porch staring at us in through our living room window. My wife spent 10 minutes talking to them, they stated they had no business cards, they only had an appointment card but didn't present it. Honestly when you show up at someone's house you need some sort of identifier if your walking door to door in casual clothes. After the uncomfortable dead stare through the windows my wife and i have decided to post a No Solicitors sign. They didn't take no for an answer at first, pushing with more questions to circumvent the no she gave, as well as interrupted our dinner, as they showed up right at 6pm."
