He wrote down, in detail, everything that was to be done and it was all completed beautifully and in a timely manner. Whenever I had a question, he responded promptly and visited often to make sure I was pleased with the work. He even built a custom support for an under-mount sink when the one provided by the manufacturer proved flimsy--something that wasn't even included in our contract!
