"Tech arrived on time was very knowledgeable of everything I asked him. As he discovered each problem he asked me how I would like to proceed with no pressure to do anything. After approving the work he not only went through all the maintenance and repairs performed he also took pictures and wrote up a detail report summarizing everything that was done and advised through the course of the appointment in writing and then emailed it to me so I had a record of everything done. In my opinion I’m not a easy person to please, but take care of me and u have me as a customer for life. Tech name was Christian and I highly recommend him."

"I’m so glad I called HD mechanical to have my thermostat fixed. We set a time to meet up and he was there on time and very professional. He was very thorough with his work and explained to me all the work he performed. He even checked and serviced my unit, showing me that my filter needed to be changed. "It was over 90 degrees outside and the A/C was not blowing cold air. I called and explained it was for my 85 year old mother who was in home Hospice with end stage Parkinson's. I was worried she may get a heat stroke. They scheduled a service tech to visit in a timely manner. The service tech called an hour before the scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way. Mark (service tech) was very professional and friendly. He not only got the A/C compressor to work but checked the Freon pressure and went in the basement to inspect the remainder of the equipment. He explained what might need replacing in the near future. Now I am not worried about my mother getting heat. I highly recommend this company for any heating and cooling repairs."
