"We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"

I also had them replace a poorly installed water vapor barrier with a properly installed barrier and they did a very thorough detail-oriented job. "Very disappointed with my experience. Everything related to the actual work is very rushed. They have supervisors come out before the job is finished to sign off on the work. No one showed me any pictures or talked through what was done at the end. I had to ask one of the foreman as he was leaving if he could show us what was done. He seemed surprised I would ask. As a result we were left with an incomplete repair, trash on our property, and damage to our property. I had to call the salesman to get him to come out and he agreed what we had been left with was atrocious. If I hadn't called we would have been stuck with shoddy work, trash, and damage - that's their standard. We scheduled a call back that was a month out to give them plenty of time to get organized and make sure we were getting what we paid for. I was supposed to get refunded for part of the job and I've never seen a dime. The salesman was good enough to include another jack free of cost which I really appreciated. But on the morning of the call back, the crew had no idea about the jack or where to put it, so it was another morning of trying to light a fire under these people to keep their word. This isn't a dishwasher on the fritz, this is my home and tens of thousands of dollars. The lack of organization and respect for me and my home is inexcusable. So I wrote an email to the GM, thinking he'd take some ownership of what had happened and I'd at least get an apology and they'd work internally on improving. Not only did I not get an apology, he was defensive and said it was a "good repair." If that is the standard of a good repair, I'd hate to see a bad one. I'm going to have everything inspected by a structural engineer and will go from there. I've been treated with more respect buying fast food. Spend your money elsewhere."
