"Excellent job!  Purchased an Angie's list super deal of 2 hours of plumbing for $160.  These guys did an amazing job!  Removing my old water softner was complicated; it was full of salt, water, and the emergency drain was missing.  The water softner was in a utility closet, and right outside the closet was carpeting.  When everything was all said and done, you couldn't tell they had even been there.   Actually, you could tell they had been there because they cleaned where water had been leaking from the old water softner onto the concrete floor, fixed some drain lines, secured my water line to the ceiling, and secured an electrical power strip...I didn't even ask them to address those issues.  Couldn't be happier with my experience!  Also, I figured I would be responsible for disposing of my old water softner and I was wrong, they loaded it into their van and disposed of it for me.

"We had a bit of an emergency, with weekend guests coming later in the day.  Toilets would not flush, and drains would not drain. Had been years since our septic system had been serviced, so we assumed it was full.  Called Aaron-Andrews, first-time customer for them, and they were on the job within an hour... and finished an hour after that. Included full pumping of system, and removal of a clog. Was very surprised it went so smoothly.  Less-costly than expected, and very courteous friendly guys.  I'd be in an awfully "crappy" mood all the time if I were in their business... :o)  Will definitely use them again, and refer friends and family for all their sewer-sucking and septic service needs.

Jason replaced a kitchen faucet.  The old faucet was difficult to remove because of some rust, and contrary to what I first thought, it was not just loose, it had broken off at the handle.  Jason did a good job with this and installed a new faucet without any issues.  He also put back the cover of a bathroom fan that had given me some trouble. 

Jim replaced the water supply line to my dishwasher, which had apparently developed a small leak.  This leak was discovered while a new floor was installed earlier in the week.  I was very concerned to get the issue fixed quickly and correctly.  Jim identified the problem immediately and replaced the necessary parts with his usual expertise, for which I am very grateful.  He also replaced (2) water filter cartridges in my basement. 

I continue to have good experiences with Handyman Matters of Dayton and will use them again.

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement.
