"I have had the enclosure from Patio Enclosures since last February. The enclosure is beautiful, until you have an issue. The customer service is horrible. One of my dog damaged the screen frame on the storm door. I have called 6 times about buying a replacement screen. They still have not returned my call regarding the replacement nor have they even given me a price. On the same screen door, The stop seized up while we were opening the door, pulled the screws out of the door jamb damaging the door jamb. After emailing and texting them multiple time they said it was from wind damage. No wind damage the part the installed intermittently locks. After 2 weeks of complaining they sent out a installer. That was roughly about a month ago. No calls, no emails, no attempts to make any type of repair. The interior door knobs keep coming off. Called and told them about that now return call. I would recommend using another company for your enclosure because they do not seem to care about their p"

"The sales person was wonderful. However the sunroom leaked 30 days after completion and they will not fix the roof. Even with photos and videos of the roof leaking they are stating the brick is leaking. Very disappointing since the experience up to this was great and I over paid thinking I would get better customer service."

"Removal and installation went smoothly, however within a few months we had a leak in the roofing system. They came and repaired it, but later we had another leak this time where the room meets the house, and again they came and repaired it. In the past 2 weeks we have had a leak that had soaked the wall between the room and the house every time it rains and for them to come out to look at it cost $250. because the guarantee is only for 2 years and we have had the room nearly 3. Now because of not enough flashing used, our wall is ruined and they want nearly $800. to start the repair on the roof. They can no longer get the wall material, so we are living with a stained, ruined wall and damage to the electric that is in the wall. That 2 year guarantee was never mentioned, but is in the contract. Shabby treatment for people who have purchased not one room but two from this company. They are not someone who I would ever recommend again."

They communicated regularly and let us know which subcontractor would be out on which day from electric, plumbing, cabinetry, flooring, etc. It went very well, their workmanship, and attention to detail as well as keeping the workspace clean at the end of the day."
