"Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. "The Elite Home Remodeling Group did a phenomenal job. We live in a late 1800’s farm house close to DC. Most of the plumbing and electrical work is original. The job started out as just a plumbing project to fix a leaking pipe but after taking with Sydney about every we needed it turned into a plumbing project, a dining room repair and refresh. Angel and his team were punctual and professional. They made sure that my husband and I knew what they were doing and why as they moved through our project. Access to other parts of our home were blocked off to reduce the dust and debris. The project was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to our daily routine. It took two days even with the additional work we requested. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our new plumbing and beautiful dining room.
