"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

"My washer was leaking, and my dryer took 2 cycles to dry. The ProServ expert was great. Took his time to evaluate the issue, and gave me multiple options. I felt that not only did he know his stuff, but that he was honest, and trying to do the best for me. Great job!"

"The technician came out, assessed the problem and fixed it. My frost proof faucet froze during the winter and the pipe burst. It appeared the vacuum breaker may have gotten clogged and the water did not drain out of the faucet causing it to freeze and burst. The tech had to cut into the basement ceiling to get to the pipe and unfortunately the heating/AC ductwork was in the way so he had to cut another whole. An honest mistake. These older houses don't have shutoffs or access panels for plumbing. The tech fixed the faucet then went to my other faucet and rebuilt it so it would work and not freeze up. He did that on his own initiative. So my faucets are good to go and I am much more secure in knowing my faucets should be okay. He did a great job and was a good guy.

"It took over two weeks to get him to the house (the Ad said two days).  Angie's list did not respond to my requests for follow up or information regarding the purchase. Once to the house, he did a very good and professional job.  If I could have had him respond in a timely manner  he would receive all "A's".

"The tech was amazing! So friendly, fixed my washing machine issue very quickly. I highly recommend this company to fix your washer or dryer."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The owner did an amazing job installing my pre owned washer and dryer. The set was in excellent condition at a fraction of the cost. He is Veteran and he stands by his work. I would definitely recommend him for all your appliance needs."

"Responded immediately when I asked for a quote. Offered to check out my dryer same day after work. Even though he found my dryer did not need repair , it needed a good cleaning. He cleaned the entire inside of the dryer and made sure all parts were in working order. I will definitely call Dennis when needed in the future."
