"Candido and his crew were fantastic! We hired them to completely makeover our backyard. They had to remove piles of dirt, bushes, old trees, take up the old cement and then lay new sod, lay an entire new concrete patio, and create gorgeous planters for us that surround the entire yard. The entire project was shockingly completed in a week and looked amazing. We have since hired him to put in irrigation systems in our planters and sprinklers in the yard. We also hired him to do front yard clearing work and weeding and that was done in one day. We also recently hired him to take down a closet in a small room to make it bigger, and his crew did that, patched the ceiling, relaid flooring, and then painted the room for us over a week - it turned out amazing! We look forward to hiring Candido for future projects - his crew seems to be able to do it all. Always very quick and the work is great."

"We had attempted to replace a cracked shower drain cover ourselves, and ended up cracking the drain pipe. Based on my initial inquiry, uncertain if there was a little fix or if it would be a big project, Teri first responded by email suggesting a band-aid fix using caulk. I was extremely grateful for the suggestion. This is one of my favorite things about SHEcan2: that Teri will talk you out of a project that shouldn't be done, or help find the affordable solution, so that in the end you are happy with the final decision. The caulk didn't work to seal the drain, so she came out right away to take a look and give us a quote. At the same time we looked at a (related) mystery leak and discussed how to investigate that at the same time. Since our budget is constrained by child-care costs, I was very grateful that Teri made suggestions for how to keep the project more affordable, while achieving all objectives. I was also impressed and grateful that she was able to immediately get us scheduled, since I know that sometimes they are booked months out. At the start of the project there were a couple delays due to another project running over and a truck dying, but otherwise the work was done in 2 days + a few hours for the second coat of mud and texturing. We are very happy with the new shower surround and faucet. I only had two complaints. The first was that the discussion of the side objective of investigating our mystery leak did not get communicated clearly to the workman, so I had to bring it up to him directly. The second was cleanup: he put a drop cloth down on part of the bedroom carpet during part of the work, but it didn't prevent paster dust from his shoes being tracked through the house, and there was significant difficult-to-clean plaster dust on the carpet and smears of plaster on the bathroom floor."

"Great company. From original plan to finished product everything was efficiently and effectively handled. We had new drive way and walkway installed. Craig helped us make the design we wanted and got the ball rolling. BK was very knowledgeable and managed the project well. Nacho, Fernando and the rest of the crew worked hard and made everything look beautiful. Tara helped us complete all the paperwork and arrange financing. Everyone was always friendly and helpful and quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. Our neighbors and a friend also had good experiences with this company."

"Stan showed up on time for the estimate and was very professional and precise in his estimate. He explained exactly what he would do and what type of materials would be used. He gave me the option of wood types, screws or nails and 2 or 3 rails. He gave me a price for all options which I appreciated. After the insurance company settled wit us it was a little less then what Stan's estimate was. So Stan made adjustments on his estimate to equal what our insurance company gave us. The tear down and haul away went smoothly and was done in just several hours. The next day the fence was built. There was a problem when the side fence was done. There was a 4 to 6 inch gap at the bottom of the fence but when I brought it to Stan's attention he offered a couple solutions with the hardest one being to unscrew all the boards and lower the fence. When that was the option we chose Stan offered an apology and stayed a few more hours and lowered every board on the side fence. The fence and gates turned out awesome. I would definitely recommend Stan's services."

"The project was to install new porcelain tile which had appearance of marble for counter and ceramic tile for back splash, plus set in a new sink. It turned out perfectly to my complete satisfaction. The tiles were balanced and level and fit perfectly around the sink. I wanted a very narrow grout line which gave the appearance of a solid surface and I provided the grout powder since I was very particular about the colors, which they accommodated. They also suggested a very creative and intricate tile pattern for the backsplash behind the cooktop which involved considerably more tile cutting at no additional cost. The workers arrived on time, and totally cleaned up after themselves. I don't recall the full length of the project, but it was not that disruptive considering the extent of the project. <br />"
