"My tenant and I were given window of 8am - 1pm that's a FIVE hour window. We were contacted ONCE at 11:45 on the status of our service call. They said that they were running behind. We waited until five minutes after one. There was no attempt to call or reschedule the service. I contacted the office manager, she assured me he was "on his way". She asked me if I still needed their service, I said yes we had been waiting five hours. when the Plummer got there he seemed put out. He said something about being backed up, to which I said we've been waiting five hours and nothing else was said. He looked at our toilet, it took him less than ten minutes to diagnosed the problem. He said he had to order a part and went outside to infer with their parts department. Ten minutes later, I get a call from the dispatcher quoting me a price for a the simple fix. I told them I was not interested in hiring them. The price of the fix was greater than the price of a new toilet."

Once assessed and I agreed that a new heater was needed, they began to remove the old while a new one was being delivered. They were fast and thorough! "My kitchen faucet was having a leak and figured it out there is a problem with Cartridge. MOEN sent it for free. But while trying to remove it from the faucet it was very hard to remove old Cartridge and needed some additional tools. Instead I tried Service Magic and tried with Atlantic Plumbing. Responded to my request and came to my home next day to fix it with reasonable price. They also fixed leaks on Shut Off valves under the Kitchen cabinet. The reason for giving 4 stars is after replacing Cartridge the water Cold and Hot got reversed and they did not fix it. Later found from internet search by rotating Cartridge 180 degree will fix."
