"My tenant and I were given window of 8am - 1pm that's a FIVE hour window. We were contacted ONCE at 11:45 on the status of our service call. They said that they were running behind. We waited until five minutes after one. There was no attempt to call or reschedule the service. I contacted the office manager, she assured me he was "on his way". She asked me if I still needed their service, I said yes we had been waiting five hours. when the Plummer got there he seemed put out. He said something about being backed up, to which I said we've been waiting five hours and nothing else was said. He looked at our toilet, it took him less than ten minutes to diagnosed the problem. He said he had to order a part and went outside to infer with their parts department. Ten minutes later, I get a call from the dispatcher quoting me a price for a the simple fix.
