"My tenant and I were given window of 8am - 1pm that's a FIVE hour window. We were contacted ONCE at 11:45 on the status of our service call. They said that they were running behind. We waited until five minutes after one. There was no attempt to call or reschedule the service. I contacted the office manager, she assured me he was "on his way". She asked me if I still needed their service, I said yes we had been waiting five hours. when the Plummer got there he seemed put out. He said something about being backed up, to which I said we've been waiting five hours and nothing else was said. He looked at our toilet, it took him less than ten minutes to diagnosed the problem. He said he had to order a part and went outside to infer with their parts department. Ten minutes later, I get a call from the dispatcher quoting me a price for a the simple fix. I told them I was not interested in hiring them. The price of the fix was greater than the price of a new toilet."

"From the initial contact to the completed job, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The plumber arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was well-prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment. Before beginning the installation, they took the time to explain the process and answered my questions thoroughly, which made me feel confident in their expertise. The installation itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They ensured that everything was properly connected, checked for leaks, and tested the disposal to confirm it was working perfectly. They also cleaned up the area afterward, leaving my kitchen spotless. What stood out most was their professionalism and courteous attitude. They even offered tips on maintaining the garbage disposal to extend its lifespan and prevent future issues. "Water Heater PDQ is great. They matched the lowest bid we got, which was substantially less than the big plumbing companies. George recommended the water heater we needed and explained why paying for the extended would be a waste. They came when they promised and installed it quickly. All around great service."

"Excellent service. George is very knowledgeable about water heaters. Quick service, same day. Would definitely recommend him."

"The company answered their phone. The person on the phone was pleasant and professional and quickly set up an appointment. They called me back to confirm the plumber was on his way. Plumber was on time. Was well-spoken, courteous, explained what he was doing and why. Did not waste time. Fixed my water heater and was on his way as fast as possible. Would use again!"

"My kitchen faucet was having a leak and figured it out there is a problem with Cartridge. MOEN sent it for free. But while trying to remove it from the faucet it was very hard to remove old Cartridge and needed some additional tools. Instead I tried Service Magic and tried with Atlantic Plumbing. Responded to my request and came to my home next day to fix it with reasonable price. They also fixed leaks on Shut Off valves under the Kitchen cabinet. The reason for giving 4 stars is after replacing Cartridge the water Cold and Hot got reversed and they did not fix it. Later found from internet search by rotating Cartridge 180 degree will fix."

"Kyle and his assistant arrived within appointment window time-frame. Quickly tested the elements on water heater and demonstrated integrity when giving report. They were professional and gave opinion on what could cause less hot water at times. I appreciated their quality of work and customer care. I would recommend this company and will use again if needed."
