He cautioned us that the fix may not hold and we might have to replace the motor (which we did in a 2nd visit) but said we should try it out. We did try it but the motor needed to be replaced. I called the office and pressed upon them the importance of this appliance (used heavily/daily). I was able to get the earliest appointment possible, the part was ordered and Carlos came the next day to install it. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and honest.
