"In August 2023, I had a slab leak. Mr. Terry from American Plumbing came and did a leak detection. It was a cold water line slab leak and I had to get 1 cold water line rerouted.. Fast forward to January 2024, some tiles in my floor felt warm to touch which I knew had something to do with pipes. I called Mr. Terry from American Plumbing and he came out that following Monday and performed a leak detection. It was a hot water slab leak from 2 lines. This time, Seth and Logan came out the very next day to reroute 2 hot water lines. One to the washer and one to the kitchen sink. These two guys are so awesome. Again, very knowledgeable and answered every question I had without hesitation and without getting annoyed. This company is top tier. From the initial phone call with Chelsie (both times) to Mr. Terry coming out, to Seth and Logan performing the repairs. I recommend this company everytime."

"EXCELLENT! At 9 am this morning, my son walked in and said, "Mom, the tub faucet broke off!" And it did - the faucet had broken clean through and water was pouring out of the broken faucet into the tub. I looked for the shutoff but couldn't find it, so I was looking at a $500 water bill if I didn't get help quick. I called my regular plumber and explained the problem and they said they could get someone over here in two days ... So I called Divine Way and the owner, Mr. Devin Jones, and a helper were here in less than 30 minutes, had everything repaired and back in place and the water back on with a couple of hours. And for a very reasonable charge. $ 450 to shut off water, completely remove and replace old faucet including related handles and so forth, and roto rooter the drain since it had been running slow and might as well get it fixed while they're here. "Derek responded to my calls when others wouldn't and came out punctually. Over the course of four days he worked to discover a major water leak in our system. Once he realized we had an old, decaying underground system tied in to a newer, exposed pipe system, he worked to cut off the old system by repiping. He also ran new lines to outdoor water faucets that were connected to the old underground system.

"The drywall was fair, a lot of the electrical outlet where not cut out to fix the outlets themselves, so I had to buy over-sized face-plates in order to cover up the mistakes, the doors and trim for the most part came of pretty good, some of the painting on the doors needed to be redone, because the paint was sprayed on unevenly, the hanging of the doors and trim work was pretty good. the installation of the tub and shower, was not done very well, some of the lines did not match up, and the shower head kept dripping when toggling between the bathtub and the shower itself, and he did not come back to finish up the drywall around the bath and tub insert, or the baseboard trim work, which he said he would do. I really liked Ryan as a person, and I thought that he would be a man of his word, so I made the mistake of paying him in full for the unfinished work, because I thought that he could be trusted, to do what he said he would, however I had to find out the hard way, that this was not the case. after leaving him several text messages, asking him when he would be coming back to finish the work that had been paid for, I got no responses from him. so I have to hire someone else to finish up what I had already paid for. I really hate writing anything negative about anyone, because I know that this is their profession and livelihood, However I have to be honest, so that no one else would have to go through the same thing that I did."
