"Richie gave a much better estimate over the phone. Did very good work putting a new belt on the garage door opener and replaced the rubber strip at the bottom. Labor charge stayed the same, even with extra task. Door is working very well and is much quiter."

"Very well. Mr. Robert Rodriguez was very professional and thorough. He did a great job last year and has done great work on maintenance for the fence. I would recommend him and his company for your electrical gate opener."

"I hired them to repair my garage door and I was very pleased. They are not only reasonably priced but they really know what they are doing too. They also gave me great information about how I can keep my garage door maintenanced. I have already recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so."

"Everyone was very professional and polite. Our roof and walls repairs were explained in detail, so we knew exactly what to expect during the project. Excellent company, highly recommended. Juan Mascorro"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Mr. Chapa called to advise me that he was on his way. He repaired my gate and it now works like a charm! He was professional, reliable and knowledgeable in his field."
