"The installers on the day of the project and the owners have always been very kind and proessional. They are not the least expensive company. However, theyhave a good product in those "Marvin" windows and they are professional and respectful of your home. When decided on a company to do your windows at least always keep them in the mix of your consideration as they should always be on your top three list of companies - $, reputation, professionalism in text, emails, phone call and on site visists are important to me. "For a job this big I waited 18 months to leave a review. I wanted to make sure I had no issues, and if there was a call back Ireland was responsive. We are very happy with the quality of work and Gary Ireland's responsiveness on anything I have needed since the job was completed. I had an early issue with one of Gary's guys getting back on a timely basis that he addressed. I had some concerns with a leaky gutter that turned out to be nothing, but Gary came right out. I needed Gary's help to coordinate with an electrician on a bathroom vent install post-job, which he was very helpful on. I had a piece of siding blow off my house in a storm that Gary sent someone out to fix no charge. He checked all the boxes on what you'd hope to get with a professional contractor doing work at your home. We plan to replace our siding within the next 12-18 months and will use Ireland on that job. My goal was to find a business that I can have a relationship with and use in the future. Ireland has definitely met that expectation. Deal with Gary directly for best service."

"Jeff was fantastic! Right after moving into our house, we contacted him about blinds for our bedroom, closet, and bathroom windows. He brought a variety of samples, answered all our questions, made excellent suggestions, and guided us to the best choice for us. Several of our windows are old and very irregular, and Jeff took precise measurements that allowed him to install blinds that fit them exactly. A year later, we wanted to add blinds for our office and guest suite, and we called Jeff again. He was able to get us the same product, and again, installation went beautifully. We are so pleased with his work, his promptness, his thoroughness, and his general attitude toward what he does. We cannot recommend him highly enough!"

"I called Nicolella last minute after having called 6 other contractors for a quote. I was referred to them by a friend of mine. They raved about how well the took care of their roof. Anyway, Mark talked to me for 30 minutes on the project and the way his company does business. He said he would quote me after he came out and walked on the roof and looked things over. He was the first and only contractor to do that. He took pictures of the roof and discussed what was needed. I received the quote promptly. He wasn't the cheapest and was in the midst of most of the other quotes I received. We went with him because of the referral and the 25 year gaf warranty they could offer because they are a MASTER ELITE GAF installer. Because of an opening in their schedule due to a cancellation, they were able to come out within 1 week of signing the contract. They were literally on site working for 5 hours on our 1100 square foot home. They started at 8 am and was gone by 1 pm. The job was completed extremely quickly and appears to be very well done. It's been a week since the install on 6/6/2017, if I have anything to add to this review later, I will update it. 1/14/18 No leaks no further problems! Very good job. Would definitely hire again!"

"Rex came out and measured window and sent us the estimate of cost by e-mail the next day. We accepted price given for replacement for not only the two panels but all four. (There was no sales pitch or pressure when asked to cost all four windows). A week later another tech came out to re-measure windows for exact size and confirm previous measurements. We were told it would take about 6-8 wks. for the windows, but actually it only took four. Called us as they had a cancellation and asked if we would like them to come sooner, which we said definitely. Came exact time was told and finished the replacements in less than two hrs. The service tech’s (Tony & Brandon) were great and had wonderful personalities, and even took off their shoes! The replacements went great and I can not say enough about the actual service itself as they were awesome. Professionals for sure and great price! I highly recommend this company from beginning to end, you will not be sorry. As a added comment, Barb in office was fabulous and a great personality and very nice!"
