The work performed included reframing, new Trex decking, new, contemporary railings, wrapped beams, rebuilt staircase, tongue in groove ceiling, floor-to-ceiling screens and ceiling lights. "When I began the search for a company to install my garage opener. I looked at a few companies and even thought about going  back with a previous company that did a minor repair on my garage door a few years back, but after reading some of the reviews for Metro Garage Doors Inc. I decided to give them a try and boy! did they deliver. I placed the call to them and the lady that answered the phone was very nice and answered all my preliminary questions on which opener would be best the cost, time etc. On the day of the install I was expecting a call that afternoon since the time given to me for my install was 2-5pm. To my surprise! the technician called me around 11:00 or so to state he was in the area and was I available...Wow!! I was excited because this freed up my afternoon so I could do other things.The technician Jake was very respectful to me and my home, he answered all my questions and explained exactly what he would be doing for the install. He did an outstanding job! made sure I knew how to work my new opener and the remotes, answered any additional questions I had, left my home as he found it, very professional! "The owner very promptly came to look at our remodeling needs after making initial contact. He was very friendly. We needed some of everything: windows, a new roof and gutters, complete kitchen remodel, rewiring, plumbing fixes, and more. Some of the work we needed done was beyond the scope of his business. He kindly provided us with references for the kitchen remodel and roofing work. He sent his complete estimate within a day and the price was fair. In the end, as a matter of convenience for us, we decided to have the kitchen remodeler he suggested do all the work for us, rather than dividing the work among them. "It's two years out, and we continue to love the 2015 addition Jeff and his crafty crews created for us in the style that we wanted, that complimented our 100+ year old house, and gets praise from friends, neighbors and visitors.  DMC Home Improvement removed the ancient shed roof enclosure that housed our bathrooms, mud room and laundry room.  They replaced it with an additional 500 sq. feet of space filled with wonderful new bathrooms and laundry room with porcelain tile, a great room with 14-foot ceiling, a loft, large windows and heart pine floors that match the rest of the old house flooring.  We also got a new roof and siding.
