"Initially, I rated Hashtag Garage Services a 5 but I am lowering the rating and adding comments because of a lack of follow up after installation of a garage door opener. Hash quickly responded to my inquiry, came to assess the installation needed on the same day, gave a competitive price, and installed the garage door opener the next day. He is very personable. However, to register the opener I needed the model and serial number. Hash took the box with that information. I texted him requesting that information and have not heard from him in two days. I will get up on a ladder to look for the information. Hash promptly called me when he saw this review and explained his phone does not receive text messages. He told me where he believes the information can be found."

"I used United Garage Doors (302-414-9220) and they repaired it very fast and efficient. I spoke to AJ (owner) he sent Ray the next day and installed both springs for a very reasonable price in about 30 minutes (I did ask for the price and a senior discount over the phone so I knew and agreed to the cost before they arrived ) I would use them again in a heartbeat and already recommended them to a neighbor down the street whose spring broke the day after mine."

"Sandy (owner of the company) was very on top of our project. We had an opening cut out of a load bearing wall. It was very large opening and the wall was stabilized for continued support of our home. Very well done. The project did require more time and our home was protected as much as possible from construction dust . My only suggestion is for Sandy to have an electrician that she has trust in and a working relationship. Respectfully Deb W"
