Like everything else these days it did take awhile for the windows to get here but they kept me informed of the time line. When the original install date had to cancel due to illness they quickly rescheduled for a couple of days later and had 5 man crew that completed the job in just 5 hours. "The company performed quality work at fair price. They replaced an old patio door with a new one by Andersen. The two installers were highly professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. During installation some rotten wood was found and replaced. A service manager came during installation to check how the project was going on and gave some suggestions with the spacers needed. Upon completion, the area was carefully cleaned and vacuumed."

"Excellent. All work was done on schedule and of the best finished job. My old windows were single pane with storm windows. The replacement windows are double pane. The new windows keep most of the sound out, I can no longer hear the wind blowing, which surprised me. The new windows are very tight. I can no longer feel drafts through them. Also the new windows, Fibrex, won't have to be painted. I am very satisfied with the service and result."

"I enjoy the windows but the process was difficult. twice windows were mis-measured and the work had to be put off until the correct windows could be ordered. One of the bathroom windows was installed to far in eliminating a shelf that was there. Pella had to come out an move it back. The guy who installed the bathroom window initially was quite angry about the movement of the window and also when I said I was dissatisfied with some other work that was done. He expressed that he was doing me a favor to be doing the work. I have only one Anderson French door left and am not going to replace it, because of the aggravation I experienced."
