He advised us to buy a new ceiling fan so that just in case it was the fixture itself that wasn't working he could install it while he was here. "He was the first handy man that would accept the job, even though he was booked out solid through October.  He arrived on time.  We had a bit of trouble getting the old one out because it was screwed in along the top, which we did not see or know.  But it finally came out.  He did not realize we wanted him to put in the new one and fix the walls as well, and needed to come back.  We were expecting rain, so he boarded up the outside and put tape across the top edge. <br /> When he returned, he and my fiance heaved the new unit into the space, after Hans prepared the opening to the proper size.  He was thorough and did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend him and we have other projects we would love to hire him for, if he had the time. <br />"
