"Needed an oil fired water heater replaced. Talked with Robert early Monday morning and the heater was installed the next day, exactly what was promised. Highly recommend."

"Wanda?s is awesome! My old electric hot water heater tank finally retired to the recycling bin. I called on Tuesday evening and spoke to a knowledgeable technician named Chad. I told him what my old unit was doing and he said it definitely needs a replacement after 17 years. He then asked how the home is heated. And then gave me the 2 options for my home. He patiently explained the differences between the hybrid heat pump unit vs the electric one that was presently on its way out. He answered all my newbie questions. He explained the pricing between the two units. I told him I have to discuss everything with the cfo and I would call back Wednesday morning. He also told me they would get me on the schedule for tomorrow or the next day. That was amazing. I called the next day and spoke with Amanda to schedule me in the following day. Chad showed up the following morning and did an awesome job. He was very polite and knew his job well. I am very satisfied so far with Wanda?s."

"We refurbished two bathrooms as we were getting ready to sell our house. Bourne Plumbing was right there with us. They solved some design problems with the remodel and helped keep the project on time and on budget. Great to work with and would highly recommend them for any remodel project!"

"They did a wonderful job. They explained everything step by step. They had to remove an old boiler to properly install water heater. They ran new lines and insulation."

"When our existing water tank started to falter we knew we needed to upgrade. Derry Plumbing and Heating installed a phenomenal tankless system for our 3800+ sq foot home and we never had a reason to complain. Our energy costs went down and we always had hot water for our family of 5 and numerous guests."

"The plumber was professional, courteous and did a good job. However, it was unreasonably expensive. $550.00 to replace the cartridge in my shower faucet. The work took about 1 1/5 hours including about 40 minutes to go pick up the part. I was charged an additional $140.00 just because he did not have the part with him. My faucet is a very common Kohler faucet."

"responded immediately, took care of water heater and prices seemed reasonable"

"We were very pleased with the communication and the outcome of our project. We have an old home with some older piping. Finding someone that works on steam boilers is tough. When they looked at the install, they explained what needed to happen clearly deand unrstandable."

"Tyler was extremely helpful and accommodating and helped me on very short notice with 2 plumbing projects recently, even spending almost an entire Saturday working when a washing machine install ended up being more work than expected. He is professional and extremely reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend and use for all of my plumbing needs."

"Great guy to work with. He did an amazing job. Repaired both the sewer and the main water pipe at a great price. Made sure we were up and running again. Will deffinetly use him again."
