David from Palmer Gas & Oil came out to do our safety check and after giving us a passing grade, immediately starting working on our problem. We did not have to call to have someone else come out after the safety check was done. David took care of the issue while he was there. He was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I needed 2 dryer vents cleaned - one on the 2nd floor and a vent cap replaced (also on the 2nd floor). All the companies I initially contacted would not do the job for a variety of reason. Superior did all the work I needed plus replaced the dryer hose on one unit (which we had not discussed). Additionally, I had purchased a vent cap but it did not fit. Superior had one on the truck which did fit and they got the job done! Excellent service!"

"All went very well. We purchased our new condo (built in 2000) in September of 2017 and there were stickers for Heritage on all the heating and A/C equipment items. Since everything was in good working condition when we moved in, we figured we would try the company. I was very impressed with Tom, who came out, checked things out and helped us to understand our contract. We were comfortable with him and the contract. Since then, Tom has been here 1 more time to assess the condition of our heating equipment, as per contract and that went well also. Me being somewhat new to the type of heating equipment we have, Tom took time to explain how things worked and even gave me a few hints as to how to save energy with our furnace/water heater. He will be back in June to assess the A/C system. We are pleased with the service we have received so far and expect that all will continue as such."

"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."
