The quote was reasonable and fell in line with other quotes we had received on the project. They arrived on time and each day they cleaned the area before leaving. We asked for the tile to be laid in a particular pattern and they did an awesome job of laying it, which took skill. "Pretty well. The rugs look A LOT better, and the tile and grout is noticeably cleaner and lighter in color. However, the corners and edges of the tile were not completely clean (presumably because their machine can't get into tight spaces). After they left, I cleaned those parts myself using an old toothbrush and various cleaning solutions. I also had to remove the paint splatter myself using "Goof Off". But overall, I am happy with the job because the floors were SO dirty before they came and they were SO much cleaner after they left. No one ever cleans my floors as well as I do, but it would have taken me FOREVER to achieve what they did with their professional equipment."

"My floor was in horrible shape after a lot of neglect. Bill came to my house for a free estimate. He was on time and extremely polite. To show me that they could get the floor clean, which I had doubts that anyone could do it, he cleaned a small section of the floor by hand. I was sold from that point on. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done.
