"Rich Zeppa is a remarkable craftsman. We called him, made an appointment and he showed up precisely at the agreed upon time. We told him what he wanted to do and he actually took notes so nothing would be left to chance. Since Rich does a lot of work in our area he was able to recommend a close residence for us to visit so we could see an example of his work. Even though the work was completed several years ago, it still looked brand new. Rich has his preferred vendors. If you use them he can give you great pricing and materials. However he is comfortable using materials from other vendors if you choose do do so. Rich respected the fact that he was working in our home. To that end he protected our carpets and hardwood flooring. He also cleaned up all waste everyday. Mr. Zeppa has an eye for detail. For example, the shower tile had a small flaw that we could barely see. Most would have installed it anyway. Rich returned it immediately and reordered the replacement. The shipment arrived in just a few days. He inspected every tile to make sure is met his standard before installing it. Our last visit involved paying him. This was one check I was very pleased to write. We want hm to come back to do our kitchen. I think having someone come back to do more work is the strongest form of a testimonial. <br />"

"We had contacted Lehman Exteriors over a year ago for an estimate to fix our leaky roof. Due to an accident we were unable to pursue the needed repairs. Over the Summer and some pretty intense rain actually was leaking into the basement. I contacted Lehman Exteriors and he asked if the roof was leaking. His schedule was filled months in advance, but they made room in their busy schedule to accomodate our extensive repair. They first capped the eaves and that looked great, no more painting for me. They came back bright and early Monday and worked really hard to take the shingles off, clean it off and prepare it for new shingles. New drip edge, roof boots and chimney flashing. New ice and water shield underlayment along bottom edge of roof and in valleys, wide up gable ends of the roof. New synthetic underlayment on entire roof Shingle over ridge vent at peak of roof. They cleaned up everything so well, going over areas more then one time for nails and other materials. The workmanship is awesome and the new roof looks gorgeous!"
