"Morning Crew showed up on time.  Covered everything outside of crawlspaces in plastic. Worked hard in the very nasty conditions of my "Friday the Thirteenth" Crawlspaces, removing insulation and leveling crawlspace.  Left basement clean and in order. 
Afternoon Crew showed up on time.  Encapsulated crawlspaces. 
Due to what turned out to be the fault of a very old A/C unit installation that is housed in the crawlspace, I awoke Wednesday to water in my new crawlspace.  NO WORRIES.  I texted Chuck Modica, who correctly diagnosed that the problem was probably the A/C NOT the encapsulation.  Although not at all his responsibility,  Chuck sent his partner Jim over within a couple of hours.  Jim worked for two hours, confirming Chuck's thoughts about A/C, vacuuming out 6 gallons of water and leaving the space dry.
A/C guy showed up the next day and said, "I don't know how "we" missed this all these years but..."  He installed a P-trap and problem is solved.
In addition to the vastly improved appearance of the crawls, we have solved the "stinky house syndrome" that we've been living with for a long, long time.  While I do not need the storage space, the crawls would be perfect for storage.

"Excellent design and super sturdy. The inspector was very impressed. John thoroughly listened to what I wanted and suggested a composite instead of wood and am so glad he did. It was initially more expensive but no expense to maintain! Took longer than expected but if you're not in a hurry John will do it right."

"Rob undertook a large-scale renovation for my wife and I. We had purchased a house that we intended to renovate and turn into a rental property. Rob did almost everything imaginable, from new bathrooms and a new kitchen to new windows, siding, doors, flooring, plumbing, framing, etc. He even removed a massive fireplace from the center of the house, leaving no trace of its existence behind. "It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
