"WOW. Great heating and air conditioning company. I've some of the other big names (4 Seasons, etc) in the past, but Freedom doesn't even compare. They really spend the time with you to answer all your questions and do a thorough check of my system. While I did have a 14 year old A/C system, the technician never tried to sell me in upgrading my system.. He just explained it was an older system using older freon but at the time (14 years ago) the bryant system was one of the best on the market. He explained why over the last 14 years Lennox is starting to outperform Bryant, etc. He explained his company sells whatever manufacturer but that their company keeps track of brand maintenance issues, etc over the years. The technician was patient, friendly, professional, and very informative about heating and A/C. I will definitely use Freedom again. They spent over 60-90 minutes reviewing everything on my system and even gave me ideas on how to minimize airflow and thus cool the house faster. GREAT! Thank you Freedom Heating and Cooling. "Home Comfort Systems did a fantastic job with the replacement of my furnace (and my A/C five years ago). Steve is a highly reputable person and explains things easily for people not in the Heating & A/C industry. He is very straight-forward with his quote and doesn't try to pressure or scare you into purchasing something you do not need. Their 10-year labor warranty is also very impressive, and they stand behind their work. A couple of weeks prior, they were able to take a look at my old furnace right away despite having tons of calls due to the first cold snap of the year. The furnace install only took about three hours and was smooth as can be. The installer took great care in making sure floors were protected when hauling equipment in and out of the house. He also made sure to repair some ductwork that extended off the furnace. My suggestion is to make sure you call Home Comfort Systems if you need service or replacement of your furnace and/or air conditioning."
