"Chuck and his team perform great customer service! Chuck met with me and my wife to help us pick out the right flooring. We couldn't initially find the right style and material. Chuck found another product that was perfect for us and he did it all within a day of his first presentation. The pricing was great compared to a few other estimates I received. His team showed up on time and got a living room , a hallway, and 3 bedrooms completed in just 2 days. They even took apart several of the beds quickly and put them back together. It looks amazing and we can't recommend Chuck/Floor Tailor enough!"

"Wow, were these guys great. We needed to install a stair runner on our home's main staircase and Bob came right out and showed us samples. His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. "Our new Engineered vinyl planking is beautiful. Chris and his guys were courteous and professional. The entire process lasted 3 days. They cleaned up the after the job and hauled away the debris. The only problem was that they did not have a vacuum system on their circular saw when removing the subfloor. There was dust everywhere. They were on time and even came back to tweak a few things. They had a quick response time and were here when they said they would be. I couldn't be happier with my new floor."
