"I got central air installed in my 100+ year old house that I was convinced could never actually have central air. Despite the weird shape of the house and not a lot of extra space to work with, Druziako figured out a way to get it installed. They was fantastic from the initial estimate appointment through finishing installation. Everyone is extremely friendly and you can tell it is a family owned business. The price was extremely reasonable and everything got done quickly. It took a couple of extra days beyond the original plan but that was only to make sure it all got done correctly and to figure out how to work out a few problems (again with the old house). Great communication including after the fact to help us get rebates and warranties set up. 100% recommend."

"I called Chambers and spoke with Kevin. He came out to my house the same day and diagnose my central air system as low on refrigerant. My system is twenty years old and has never been serviced. Kevin check out the system and based on the service history recommended that I recharge the system and monitor it over the summer. Kevin was honest with me and he wasnât looking for the big pay day. I believe this is what every home owner wants when they hire a professional. Thanks Kevin!"

"Terrific experience. Scheduling was easy. My technician, Guy, gave me a call ahead of time, hit the time he said he'd be here and was courteous and efficient. I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. We may want to look at a new system this summer to avoid a major problem during a future heating season. I will definitely be talking to Sila."

"Joe explained various options (models, efficiency rating, attic vs. cellar installation, etc.) thoroughly, promptly followed through on my follow-up questions, and prepared a detailed & accurate quote. He measured the size of the house and cold-air returns to ensure the system was sized properly. He is a patient guy & very pleasant to work with. Scheduling the installation was painless, the installers (Steve and his assistant Derek) started on time, and worked diligently & efficiently.
Everyone is very experienced and knowledgeable, and all clearly take pride in their work. They kept in excellent communication with me throughout the installation. They were respectful of my home, my concerns, my pets, etc.
They stand by what they sell, too. This winter, about 18 months after it was installed, my tankless hot water heater had a factory defect that caused it to shut off. Steve came the day I reported the problem, was on the phone with the manufacturer for hours to diagnose the issue, and came back twice more to finish the repair (3 visits might sound absurd, but it wasn't Airco's problem, it was the manufacturer's, as they were misdiagnosing the issue). The unit is now working perfectly thanks to Steve's persistence. A bonus: Airco charged me for only a small portion of Steve's time from his initial visit. They ate the cost of his additional visits! These guys are golden.

"Overall, I was pleased about working with Milltown. There was a slight communication issue, but I understand that can happen from time to time. The technician who performed the service was extremely nice and knowledgable."

"The repair went well. Our HVAC system would not turn on so Mike showed up earlier than scheduled (I was called first for the ok) and got right to business. He found the problem- a blow fuse in the unit itself. Once he replaced the fuse the system still would not turn on, but the circuit board that runs the system did light up. he checked out the electrical to make sure there was not a short that caused the problem. It seemed baffling as to the issue so he went outside and checked to see if the electrical issue was at the compressor. Sure enough an animal had chewed thru some of the wiring on the compressor. He spliced the wires together and the system started up, I applaud him for not assuming that the board was faulty and just replacing the board. I would say that Mike did an A+ job troubleshooting to determine what the issue was. The only problem was the cost, and I suppose I should have asked more questions. I asked how much to come out and was told $99 to troubleshoot, but I never asked what other charges apply. Apparently the charge is $99 just to show up and troubleshoot the issue, then $220 per hour is added to that for Mike's time there. I felt $319 was a little steep, but perhaps that is the going rate. I want to emphasize that Mike did an excellent job of solving the issue."

"Outstanding service. The AMT Comfort Air team installed my heat pump unit (new 2.5 ton split electric) about 2 months ago and it has been working flawlessly. Upon submitting the request for service, S Nguyen contacted me and scheduled a visit to my home to quote the job. He explained me in detail how he would carry out the job. As a ?green? contractor, Steve made sure I understood the benefits (both to the environment & my pocket) of having a high efficiency unit, and made me aware of the different rebates available for these types of system. Their installation work was of utmost quality, and they took care of disposing of the old equipment."
