"The process was easy and my experience with Mike was great. After being told my computer had a major problem that would require a $250 software repair I decided to get a second problem. I contact Mike on a Sunday morning and my project was solved later that morning. Mike fixed my problem in an hour and it only cost me $85. I would highly recommended Mike to help with any computer issue."

"Anthony called at a predetermined time to help me with an issue that I had not experienced in the past.  He was very professional, extremely pleasant and when he took remote control of my computer, I knew we were in good hands.  He restored documents and pictures that I thought were hopelessly lost.  He also cleaned up and eliminated unnecessary programs.    I sat in the comfort of my home, sipping coffee while watching Anthony work his magic.  Take my tower to a shop where it will languish for two weeks?  No thanks!  I will be contacting Anthony for any future computer repairs.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Anthony McDaniel is an exceptional worker and is always ready and willing to assist me with any troubleshooting issues I run across with my work equipment, especially with my laptop. When I am having trouble, Anthony breaks it down in the simplest terms so everyone can understand, and he shows you the steps on what to do and where to go so you might be able to do it yourself in the future. He rarely gets frustrated when the tests he runs don’t come to the right conclusion, and he tries all possibilities before he suggests for a replacement. Would recommend him everytime."

"Fred repaired my computer and help to improve its performance. Very nice, prompt fellow, excellent service, highly recommended."

His word is reliable with what he promised to do for me. I love the new computer even if it is a rehab. I will differently call him again if I should have a problem."
