"Mike was able to get the upgrade on to my computer and he also was able to determine that the system was grossly inadequate for what I wanted to do. He recommended what I should look for when I purchase a new one and when I do make a purchase I will be calling on him to get my system up to speed. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Chip was on time for my appointment and he was very professional.  He explained things very well and each problem or concern that I had he addressed.  At the end of the repair service prior to ending the call, Chip went back over my list of concerns to make sure that each matter was addressed and repaired. The result is that I have a faster running computer and I have updates that are now being properly installed.  I WILL be using this company to work on my other computers!
