"We were very pleased overall with Temp-Rite.  They installed a single-zone Mitsubishi cooling system in top floor bedroom with high ceilings where the central AC unit was ineffective.  The condenser unit was mounted to the chimney.  Temp-Rite met us on a Saturday which was very convenient for us.  The technician called to confirm the appointment; he was punctual and knowledgeable enough so that he could discuss several different BTU and installation options and provide a price during that same appointment.  Scheduling the installation was straightforward and the installation was professionally done.  The unit works very well and really cools the whole top floor even though it was intended for just the one bedroom.

"Installation crew called when 30 minutes away (approximately halfway through the service window quoted by Omni).  They arrived on time, were extremely polite and knowledgable.  Initially there were a few concerns from the crew regarding the compatibility of the purchased unit with the limited space I had in my furnace closet, and they ultimately agreed to install a similar unit that fit my HVAC system for the same price (the similar 'upgraded' unit is ~$20 dollars more on Amazon).  Two things pleasantly surprised me by this initial interaction: 1) the crew definitely had the expertise to anticipate and communicate problems before starting the installation process and 2) that they agreed to install the similar unit for the same price.  Both of these show good faith as a company, and as a customer, I will likely use them for my future HVAC needs.
The actual installation took ~120 minutes, and the 2-person crew was courteous and hard working throughout the process.   The crew wore booties to protect my floors. cleaned after themselves when complete, and showed me how to use the humidifier when they were finished.  I'm really satisfied.

"It took a while to schedule the service, but I learned that the company owner had a family emergency and it was no problem for me to wait a bit for service. Luckily, we were not having any issues with our system and so I agreed to wait a bit to have the service performed. Once we had the service, everything went very well and our system worked perfectly through the whole winter (despite being 16 years old!). I plan to continue using Harmon and will be setting up an annual contract with them.
