We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems. "Unique Indoor Comfort’s technician, George, provided a fine tune up service to my residence's heating system which was well overdue for maintenance. He was able to pinpoint the issues I was having obtaining heat and, in the process, providing a more important service. This by detecting a significant potential health risk to the system when operating at capacity with elevated levels of carbon monoxide readings present in the combustion test and the necessity of having a chimney/fireplace sweep and cleaning conducted. "I initially contacted Frank to remove an oil heater and to install a gas heater. He and his crew were very considerate of my parents health and needs. The tank was installed in two days and they cleaned everything to my mother's satisfaction. He also noticed that the water heater was leaking so I hired him to do that job as well. I am very pleased with the quality of his work and the professionalism of his entire crew. His prices were reasonable and he didn't try to sell me services that I did not need. You can't go wrong with Old Skool HVAC!"
