To his credit, he did inform me that his estimate would probably be higher than other estimates I would receive. I decided to go with Josh because I felt he was honest, how he communicated with me and because he was available via telephone. Unlike other drywall contractors, who did not show up or were very flaky with the communication. Josh started the work on time and finished when he said he would be complete. Josh did a great job with my ceilings. The drywall was installed, taped, and sanded. I was very impressed with the work they did and I would absolutely hire him again. "Montco was one of 3 fence installers we had out to give an estimate on installing a vinyl privacy fence in our yard. Bill (the owner, I believe) came and one of the first things he said was that we should just do wire along the back of the yard instead of vinyl since there is already a wall of evergreen trees there. It would save us a big chunk of money (probably about 2K) and also make the yard feel less boxed in. He was the only one of the 3 contractors to suggest this and it made us feel like he actually cared. He listened to our concerns about keeping the fence as low as possible to keep the dogs in and was the only contractor who seemed fully confident in his ability to get the fence installed on a sizable incline without stepping the panels."
