"Chris & Sam were an amazing team. They were right on time and got the work done very quickly and efficiently. They went the extra mile to answer our many questions and trained us on using our thermostats. They answered our inquiries re options on future expansion of our system. They made sure we knew how to properly use our system to optimize its capabilities. We are seniors, and not techies at all. They explained our 3-zone system to us in terms we could understand and even installed an app on our phones to remotely control our thermostats. Chris was so patient with us. What a great experience."

"I can not say enough positive about Chris and Chuck and O 2 KOOL!! Chuck came out in early January to look at my old Trane gas furnace .. he got it going with no trouble. Now today ... during our ice/snow armageddon it went out again. I called and Chris FaceTimed with me .. looked at what was up and talked me through how to relight the system myself. Good news .. I now have heat! I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and cooling system! They not only helped, but assured me .. a 60 yr old woman .. everything would be OK and safe. That is a VERY rare quality!"

"PAID $14,000 for an Lennox system ONLY 2 YEARS AGO. Fox installed and serviced it. Recently, system stopped working and a Fox tech charged us $320 to fix. It stopped working 3 days later, so they came out again. Then, they wanted $3244 to replace the coil. NEVER buy Lennox (look up the class action lawsuit RE coils). NEVER use Fox (I've been pushed up to a "supervisor" 4 times with no resolution, the last one has yet to call). Lennox system's have faulty coils (see Reddit). Fox says they NOW don't use Lennox. (Head scratch) You make the connection. So, all I asked for was a new coil installed (part covered under warranty, 7 yrs left) and a guarantee that if it failed again (meaning I'd pay this time and have seven TX summers to go), Fox would not charge me for labor ($3244...pretty steep price too)...no call back."
