"I usually don't purchase service contracts on appliances, but this company offers two free system tune-ups a year, plus a reduced rate on service calls (my system is under warranty for parts and labor), and for $139.00 a year, it seemed like a reasonable offer.  The company sent me a postcard in December to remind me that I was due for a check-up.  I called and scheduled it at my convenience and was given a 3-hr window within which I could expect the serviceman.  On the appointed day he called to say he was heading my way and then arrived thirty minutes later.
I remembered Justin, the service man, from past visits.  He is extremely courteous, thorough, and goes the extra mile to insure that any concerns are addressed.  I am extremely pleased with my unit - which has lowered electric bills notably - and is quiet and efficient in both heating and cooling my house.  The service is professional, prompt, and delivered with a personal touch.  I would recommend Aire Serv and the Carrier Split-System Heat Pump without reservation.

"Called Stan's Heating & Air Conditioning Saturday morning 2/25/17 to get a technician to come out. I was expecting to have to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday but to my surprise and delight they could have someone come today between 1:00 & 3:00 this afternoon. The technician was at our house at 1:00, he was courteous and professional. He verified the thermostat was unresponsive. Looked in the AC/Heater closet and found a blown fuse. He showed me the flashing light, counted out the sequence and showed me what that light flashing was telling him what to look for. He also checked the outside unit. The unit and thermostat were up and running in under 30 minutes."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
