"From my first contact with Planet Green the owners were punctual to respond and come over for an estimate. The work is performed by Mike and Miranda Johnston, the owners. Their speciality is tile and grout work only. They're very good at what they do! We agreed to have the tile/grout floor cleaned. If we still wanted to have the grout color changed they would return on another day to do so. That was our choice. Our tile/grout is over twenty years old. It now looks brand new. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, the work ethic of the Johnstons, the ease of working with them, their honesty and integrity. Solid Stone Fabricators rep contacted me in a timely fashion reqarding my emailed inquiry via Angie's List where I included a picture of cabinet needing counter and provided measurements and they were able to give me an estimate via phone and email based on the info I provided which I appreciated instead of wasting my time to come out first.
Gerardo who was my contact person was very easy to work with and very responsive to follow-up questions before the install. There was an error that was made by the guys during the install but Gerardo ensured that it was rectified and in a timely fashion as well, pain free which was fantastic. "The remodel project took about 2 weeks to complete.  Part of this time included ReBath coordinating with a flooring company we hired to replace the tile floor in the bathroom and to run the same tile into the master bedroom.  ReBath does an excellent job on tiling floors too, but we wanted tile from another company.  The cost of the tile flooring for the bathroom and bedroom was an additional $4000 above the cost of the bathroom remodel.  The total cost of our project was $22,000.
During the 2 weeks we had plenty of opportunity to observe how the work was being done.  These are our comments regarding our full experience with ReBath:
1.  Working with the ReBath design consultant to plan our remodel was an excellent experience [Bryan Letts].  We were able to pick out all the materials we wanted to use as well as having total input to the design of the remodeled bathroom.
2.  The same 2-3 man work crew came every day and did the complete job from start to finish during this 2 weeks period.  This crew was led by Ismael, who is a plumber, carpenter, and tiler.  It was nice not having different people coming each day as our remodel progressed.
3.  The work crew did an excellent job of cleaning up before leaving each day.
4.  I have never dealt with a more courteous and professional company than all the ReBath people we interfaced with .
5.  Every part of this job was done right as Ismael and crew take the time to do it right the 1st time.
6.  The entire ReBath staff was very accommodating with our all of our requests during this entire project.
7.  The ReBath staff was even responsive to phone calls/messages after the job started.
8.  The only area we could see for a little improvement was on one occasion I was trying to get pricing and a part number on an extra accessory that was not part of the original job scope.  This request was not responded to in a timely manner, but eventually the accessory was provided and installed at no cost!
OVERALL.....BEST JOB EVER!  WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED!

"They did the granite countertops and sinks in my kitchen and 2 of my bathrooms. They also did the tile, but I had them upgrade the tile.  Sometimes, it was a little difficult to get ahold of Henry, the owner. The granite guys did a great job. They were here when they said they would, the mounted the sinks perfectly, etc. The tile contractor, I wasn't as pleased with. The tile guy and his helper were a little late, and the tile guy left after a while. The helper continued and he worked slowly. At the end of the day, the helper said he'd be back tomorrow (Saturday). I waited and waited, and finally had to call Henry. The helper wasn't reliable, and the tile subcontractor himself came back and finished the work. I wasn't pleased with the work ethic of the tile helper."
