"With Water Heaters Plus , we got a better price on a hot water heater than other companies had quoted us. The product also had a much better warranty. Customer service was great."

"Our 23 year old water heater finally bit the dust yesterday. I put in a request for quotes through Angieâ s List/Home Advisor and within 10 minutes Andy from Still Waters is calling me back. He was able to give me a quote over the phone just by texting him a few pictures of the old water heater. He was able to come out the same day (Saturday) to make the replacement. Andy was extremely professional and efficient. The overall cost was very fair, especially for being an emergency call on a Saturday. Because it was the weekend he had to purchase the water heater at one of the big box stores (Home Depot). When he unboxed the heater it had a dent on the side of the unit, which was no fault of his. Andy immediately let me know of the dent and explained that it was simply cosmetic and posed no problem to operation/function of the heater. He said that he would be happy to either discount the cost of the heater or take it back to the Home Depot. I decided to take the discount and keep the dented heater. I really appreciate Andy being up front about the dent and giving me options as the customer. Within just a few hours he had the old unit out and the brand new water heater installed. We now have hot water again! I will definitely be using Still Waters Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs."

"Was able to have both water heater update and installation went smoothly."

"Greenes Plumbing responded to my inquiry immediately and replaced my water heater the very next morning. I highly recommend!"

"Great. There was an issue with one of the circuit boards and they replaced it with no issues or extra cost."

"I had a leaky bathtub faucet because the hot water stem was shot. One area plumber took one look at it, said he had no idea, took pictures of it and said somebody would contact us. Still waiting on that call. Tried a second Westerville plumber. Kind of the same deal. Said they don’t make those things any more, parts are rare and suggested for $750 that we replace the whole deal with an all in one hot and cold shower knob. Called Jack Woods. They were busy and could not come for 8 days which wasn’t ideal. Long story short, my man Dave knew exactly the brand and type of part it needed, drove down the street to Roush Hardware to pick one up (yeah it was so rare lol) and inside an hour had it fixed, saving me more than $500 in the process. I’m done with the others. I found my plumber from here on out. Thanks Jack Woods Plumbing. You thoroughly embarrassed the other Westerville “plumbers.”"

"Dwight and his son are great to work with and recommend them to others needing a hot water tank replaced or other plumbing work. Dwight was honest, prompt, friendly and completed the job with a great attitude."

"Repaired leak in toilet and bathtub drain, flushed hot water tank, and repaired/installed new outside water spigot. Great work/service. Highly recommend."

"They did a great job, replaced hot water tank. A couple of weeks later I thought the new tank was leaking it was not. The gentlemen figured out where the water was coming from cleared the tubing and repaired it. I am going to have them back out to replace a toilet and bathroom faucet. Excellent company."

"Deion replaced the hot water heater, a shower cartridge and a sink cartridge in my home. I am completely satisfied the work. I highly recommend Deion for any plumbing repairs."
