"First they arrived at the time they promised me.  They removed the brick wall which was falling apart.  They put the stone wall in with a barrier between the dirt and the new bricks.  They filled the new bricks with stone. After they finished the wall they cut a long hole in the concrete on  my patio for my flower bed without touching the light pole I have.  They cleaned up all the debris when they were done.  The job was completed in one day.  I am extremely pleased with the way it looks and with the professional and courteous way they worked. <br />"

"We are absolutely thrilled by the work that was done by JMJ Landscaping.  They were able to reproduce exactly what we had requested.  We wanted a flagstone patio installed with an organic layout design that complemented the curved lines of our garden.  Since our yard has a downward slope, we asked for a low and sloping stone wall to be built on one edge of the patio and to actually level out a section of the yard so that it could abut the wall and in essence create level ground in the yard.  They finished off by seeding the newly leveled portion of yard and covering it with hay.  They completed the job in a very timely fashion at the price we were quoted.  My husband was very impressed that they obtained Wissahickon schist for the wall to mirror the stone that our house is made of.  The guys were extremely professional and really took pride in their work.  The new patio is absolutely beautiful and looks as if it was part of the original design of the house.  Although it was a little expensive the quality of the workmanship and supplies was well worth it and I have no doubt that this has increased the value of our property.  I would highly recommend JMJ Landscaping. <br />"

They identified two areas of trouble; my patio slab connected to the back of my basement and two vertical cracks 10 feet high.  They poured concrete and replaced the slab including a bell drain for drainage which came out very nice. Even built a stair that leads to the sliding glass patio.  They repaired the vertical crack by digging down to the bottom of my wall (excavated) and they used this waterproof gel, then filled the space back with dirt. It looks very nice. The waterproofing and concrete work came with a warranty which gave me comfort. They also sprayed the basement with a mold remediation product and did an OZONE treatment to purify the air. The concreate work was sorfully crafted to include slight tilt for drainage.
