It had to be stained to match existing flooring and Wilmer (the guy leading the staining portion of the project) was soooo patient trying to find the right combination of stains to match the existing floor. Jason, was very knowledgeable about all our hardwood flooring options (a portion was laid on slab and had to be glued down). He was incredibly easy to work with and his crew was very courteous and incredibly hard working. Highly recommend. Finished product was great and price was very competitive. The second time they put the same red oak on the stairs, 2nd level landing/hall, and our master bedroom. Exceptional service and attention to detail. The Installation Team was quick, but detailed - they've done this before, and you can tell. Mike is great to work with and knows the work. Jody in the office was very responsive and so friendly.
