I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Also left no paperwork about the appliance or an invoice, Any work I have had done, there was always paperwork about the work and invoices left behind. In this day and age, repair companies accept credit cards. I have never had a company that didn't. I got no response when I questioned this with an email. Sorry, but I will not use them again."

"Working with Service Master was a great experience! During their first visit, they identified that our dryer had malfunctioned due to an electrical issue unrelated to the dryer. We hired an electrician that confirmed this diagnosis and fixed that issue. We then called Service Master (per their recommendation) to come back and finish the repair. Within a couple of days, Service Master had purchased the dryer part damaged by the electrical problem and replaced it. Totally professional, punctual and overall great to work with."
