"Value: Paid $1706.73 (includes $75 coupon discount after I gasped) for a job that should have maxed out at $850. Besides the $900 labor bill, Rooter charged me $981.77 for a $450 HDepot Rheem electricwater heater and a few couplings!. Had I known earlier they would NOT have the heater, I would have picked it up and received the warranty myself -- all for 1/2 the price! Customer service: Slight degrade for being late with unmet promises Only reason I went with Rooter was their responsiveness to replace my elec 40 gallon water heater by the next day 1pm-3pm( easily accessible in my laundry room.) . The agent told me their plumber would have everything on the truck to do the job to permit us to to leave at 4:30 for my wife's Christmas piano concert. Not. He showed up at 4:10pm with NO heater, and he was perplexed about the fittings required to connect the drain with my recirculating line?!? Licensed plumber???"

"Listens, sees the problems, and fixes the problem. Helps the other problems that were caused by the original problem. Will only call Tim Chen for plumbing. Glad we finally found them."

"I called Tim Chenâ s plumbing after 7:00 on a FRIDAY to fix a ceiling leak in my tenantâ s apartment. They came out WITHIN THE HOUR. He figured out the problem quickly and the charge was very affordable. I have definitely found my plumber!!"

"I had a pretty major issue in my kitchen. Matt with plumb life was able to quickly locate and fix the problem. Matt and his team were professional, courteous and nice enough to talk me through the process. I will hire plumb life for any future plumbing issues I have and would certainly recommend them to anyone!"

"They found that what appeared to be a leaking water heater was actually a clogged drain line from an adjacent HVAC AprilAire humidifier. He also determined the pressure control valve had failed and the reading was 130 psi. He had the valve on his truck so I had it replaced even though the price was several hundred dollars above two other quotes."

"Integrated Plumbing Solutions LLC was absolutely fantastic! Dylan was my technician, and he was superb! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my clogged drain and quickly repaired it. He did a great job keeping me informed during the process. The price was very reasonable considering the effort. My experience with Dylan was one of the few times I did not feel taken advantage of or like the technician was simply selling me a bag of goods to take advantage of the situation. The next time I need plumbing services, I will definitely call Integrated Plumbing Solutions first, and I will specifically request Dylan as my technician. Integrated Plumbing Solutions and Dylan come with me highest recommendations."

"Punctual, professional technician located the problem quickly and repaired it efficiently. My only complaint is that he didn't explain the charges for additional services. He asked my husband if we'd like him to check the other units while he was here. No mention of price or other charges for this, and so hubby unfortunately thought this was a courtesy. It added an additional $300 to the bill (oops)! When my husband complained that this should have been explained before he agreed, the technician reduced the amount to a "service call" charge in addition to the repair. I suggest telling future customers that "for an additional $300 you'll check the other units while you are there" rather than giving them a surprise bill. Or maybe future customers should just be aware that this sort of offer is not a courtesy."

"We had the opportunity to work with Chris and Billy from Peach Plumbing & Drain. They came to our rescue when my husband was unable to complete a kitchen faucet install. Billy is an amazing plumber. Extremely conscientious, knowledgeable, clean, proactive, friendly and works very quickly. In addition to fixing our faucet Billy helped to update our handles on the shutoff valves and replaced an old pea trap. Both Chris and Billy were very responsive and helpful individuals. We will be contacting them again in the future with new projects as the opportunity arises."
