After presenting me with three options (very well explained) I chose the one best for us and Jeremy initially advised that they would start the work the next day since it was now Kate afternoon. How ever after returning to his van to complete mir planning he came back and advised they were going to do the work right away. He had a second technician (Nick) come to assist and they worked straight through from about 3:00 pm to about 8:30 pm. The work involved a new water heater and Smart Flo valve and several other items. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. The system was operation and we were able to take hot showers by 9:30 that evening. We were very happy with the entire project and this company. I had contacts with the office and all discussions with Madyson were friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company. "

We have hired a number of contractors in our day. Professional Home Improvement (PHI) is far and away the best company we have ever worked with. Their respect for, attention to, and comprehension of our functional needs and aesthetic preferences have been profound. And this has persisted throughout planning and execution; they have initiated more contacts with us than we have with them—to inform us about what’s next, coordinate the activities of tradesmen with our lives, and ask more detailed questions about choices of equipment, supplies, etc., as each phase proceeds. (2) Expert, hard-working, trustworthy tradesmen and connections to suppliers. This is something that is absolutely essential to the experience of undergoing a remodel. Can you trust the expert skills of the tradesmen your contractor assembles and whose activities they coordinate? Are you comfortable with their presence in your home? Do they consistently deliver value while onsite? We have shared our home with the tradesmen enlisted by Dennis & Jean for several months, throughout phases 1, 2, and 3. We look forward to their arrival in our home, admire their skill, hard work, and dedication to doing things right, and are completely comfortable with having them in our home. Dennis & Jean also have longstanding relationships with many sources and suppliers, greatly streamlining the process of finding and selecting the right paint, flooring, equipment, etc. (3) Reasonable prices yielding exceptional value, with careful and thorough accounting. Dennis & Jean are sensitive to price and value, exacting in presenting options and prices, and careful and thorough in their accounting. In sum, an A+ for Dennis & Jean and the entire PHI team/network!"
