Quality of Work: Stainless steel chase covers were powder-coated in black and caps and pipe painted to match. Thomas went out of his way to ensure we got the best looking result we could despite some hiccups on our communication on that end product. The result was very satisfactory. Pricing: Price was the best of three highly ranked Angie’s List companies and regardless, they price match. Chim Chim-Churee's expertise, practical scoping, willingness to explain the details of the project, timely communication, and excellent work took the hassle out of this project. Their willingness to ensure we got the product we wanted despite some miscommunications went a long way in building trust for future projects."

"They never answer when you call and you have to leave a message. They take forever to get back to you. We had them come to clean our gas fireplace and repair it, it worked for about a month then it stopped working. We called and of course had to leave a message, then called a second time and their mailbox was full, called 2 more times and they have never called us back. So we are out $250 and our gas fireplace is not working. I do not recommend this company, they have very poor customer service and don't warranty their work if it doesn't stay fixed."
