"Excellent communication,  workmanship, professionalism, and expertly handled problems that arose ie. repaired water damaged areas found when siding was removed.  Efficient and completed the new siding within the timeframe. 1 week. Daily communication and walk around to be sure it was meeting my expectations.  Excellent crew worked hard, no radios, arrived on time, and cleaned up daily.  I had three bids.  The first contractor wouldn't install the pre-painted Hardiboard and gave me several estimates but no final bid.  The second reputable siding company agent spent an hour with me; gave me approximates and didn't follow through with a contract.  I called Adrian Roman; he agreed to meet within a day.
