He gave me the option of having someone else dig up the connection which saved us $1500. He came back to check to make sure the hole was the proper dimensions then promptly did the work even during inclement (snowing) weather. New clean outs were installed for both directions and he was done. Two weeks later, things slowed down again so, James was back out to jet flush the drain. This was due to the previous repair drawing in dirt and debris. The drain and its owners are now happy!"
