He was really nice, communicated well and even contacted me for an earlier available time than scheduled due to an opening in his schedule. He provided repair options for those items as well. He was able to get the final project scheduled reasonably quickly, and they had pretty manageable financing options that fit my budget also. Ivan and Issac were assigned to the actual repairs. There were no deviations from what their work plan was and what I had requested. They worked quickly and finished in about two hours, completing repairs to a small section of sidewalk in front of the house and to the concrete patio at the back of the house. Overall very painless process with very professional individuals. 10/10 would recommend at this point."

The agent did say they are not an emergency repair, but if an important appliance breaks you need it fixed ASAP. For example...this is the middle of a hot summer. If my A/C brakes and your service sets up a repair for a week from now....that means My family & I suffer for a week. I called back and said I need a repair for my dishwasher now.
