As far as the team leader that started the project, he was fired after 2 weeks on the job. Nice guy, just should not have been the lead due to inexperience. "Finally set aside enough money to do a deck project on my home. I've unfortunately learned over the last year of large projects that you absolutely get what you pay for with contractors. I'm handy, I do most everything myself, so taking the plunge with contractors is a difficult thing for me to do. I don't have the time, nor energy, to do large projects like a deck, so did some research. Found Stump's. From the very beginning of the project, I was impressed. Responsive to emails, estimate wasn't pushy, gave me options with explanations to why one options was better or worse, and since I'm an idiot with colors and such, they even offered me guidance there. Sold me. I went with a very large deck as I am not planning on ever expanding my home with more rooms and like being outside. Calvin and his crew were excited through the whole project and were very professional. Calvin even took some time to answer my overly interested questions on how the deck is attached to the home, I was basically making sure they did it right. If I'm paying someone to do something I can do, I want to make sure it's how I'd do it, and they passed with flying colors. I felt very comfortable during the whole project, never had to worry that they were doing something wrong, they cleaned up fully, there are no nails or screws in the yard that I have to worry about stepping on, etc. I mean top-notch people to have do work around your home. I can't say enough good things about Stump's, the deck is so solid it doesn't even move if I walk around it TRYING to make it flex. It looks awesome and I am extremely happy I went with them for this project. There's a reason they have 5-star reviews on Google, give them a call and let them show you what they can do, you'll be impressed."

"PRECISION and PERFECTION We contacted Jonathan Fisher of JF Construction in late January 2017 with the hopes of having our deck rebuilt in early spring. Jonathan was able to start the project in late February once the decking materials were available and finished in March. My husband and I couldn't have been happier that he was so willing to work through the cold days of winter. I have only the very highest praise for Jonathan's workmanship. Every corner, every joint, every angle displays a high degree of precision. Jonathan has his own internal drive for perfection and that easily shows through in the final results. Jonathan was open to all suggestions or requests and found ways to incorporate our wants and needs into the design. On multiple occasions, he was able to come up with innovative solutions to tricky construction details. "My husband I contacted three landscaping companies in early February. Out of the three, two took some pictures and answered our questions, but they never got back to us with an estimate. Reggie was the last to meet with us due to scheduling problems. When he met with us, he took the time to describe what he envisioned for our flowerbeds and was able to give us an estimate that day. The project began on May 24th and was completed the next day. The flowerbeds in the front of the house were overgrown and/or dead. Reggie and his employee, Nick, tore out everything and proceeded to edge, plant shrubs and perennials. He also trimmed our dwarf cherry tree, cleaned up the beds and spread mulch. In addition, he also planted four cypresses on our properly line to give us a little privacy. We are pleased with the end result. Reggie is a professional and we recommend him for any landscaping projects."

Tony and his crew were exceptional in the work they performed.  First day, a crew of 4 started cutting in around the ceilings and doors.  Two of the crew came behind and started putting the first coat on.  Tony's son, Colton, was an extremely hard worker.  He made sure that we were happy with the way things were going. 

At the end of the job, Tony gave us painters tape to indicate any problems or mistakes that needed to be fixed.  The last day, he did a walk-through correcting any and all problems.
