"Emailed company for an estimate to repair or replace some interior doors. Got a prompt reply and set up a time for the appointment. The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Overall we are very happy with the experience. We very much appreciate the experience level of the people we dealt with (Jim and Tom).

"We hired Barrier Construction to take care of some stucco issues and repair some structural damage on our house. They were great to work with. They were able to deal with both the structural issues AND the stucco issues, while all other companies we spoke to only dealt with one or the other (meaning we would have to hire and coordinate multiple contractors) and they did a great job. They even noticed and corrected some cosmetic issues (for al fee) that another company had created when working on the house. (They were a mild annoyance whenever we looked at the house but would have been a big lift for us to fix ourselves, and we appreciated their proactive approach when we felt the other company had been fairly neglectful and inattentive to detail in their work). While other general contractors we’ve worked with have been difficult to get ahold of or generally haven’t felt very ‘present’, Barrier was easy to communicate with, they kept us updated, were very responsive, and answered all of our questions. "We had a great experience with Justin and his crew. Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. We were so impressed with his customer service, we decided to have him convert our 1-season porch into a 3-season porch, install tile flooring, replace some doors, and paint the interior and exterior of our home. Amazing and better than expected! Dealing with contractors is not always an enjoyable experience and we are happy to report that Minnesota Construction and Property Management was a treat to work with.

During the initial consultation, Trevor listened to our request to improve our outdoor living space and offered design solutions the other companies hadn't at a price that was more reasonable. It almost seemed too good to be true.

We were tentatively scheduled to begin work on the deck towards the end of May. Thanks to a mild winter and Trevor's excellent time management, they began working on our project at the end of March and finished within a week (and that includes the snow delay and a weekend off)! 

We have the nicest deck in the neighborhood. The crew is polite, hard-working, and detail-oriented. They have pride in their carpentry skills and we are the beneficiaries of their amazing work.

"EVERYTHING WENT PERFECTLY.The measuring service is really cool. They take digital pictures using a special tape with measurements to fit the granite perfectly. "It went excellent. The workers were here 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time of 9am and were done around noon. The guys were professional, knew their stuff, and put up with listening to my dad's crazy stories when he stopped by to see the progress. Damien Greene (the owner) was on site, dug the hole with his mini-backhoe, and cut the block himself. I would absolutely highly recommend Greene Construction for any job you have!
